Shipping Policies

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders Above Rs-1000/-. You do not have pay any other shipping charges of orders placed on MedisysKart.com The large majority of our orders are shipped within 1 or 2 working days of the order, and delivered in 5-7 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. Freebies shipped along with the order may differ in colour and appearance i.e subjected to availability. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

 Do you offer free Shipping?

• Yes, we do. All orders of Rs. 1000 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 150 is applied on orders below.

 

Why is cash-on-delivery not offered for my Location?

• Availability of Cash-on-Delivery depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if Cash-on-Delivery is available in your location. In addition, our delivery partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

 

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on TIME.

• We currently deliver to more than 750 cities across India.
• Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination
• We ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 5 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies
  • While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 2-3 days.
  • If your order has multiple items, these may ship separately from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive a separate email if the shipment does not contain all the items that you had ordered.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or at care@medisyskart.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

 

What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

 'In Stock'- For items listed as "In Stock", Delivery time based on your location pin codes (usually 5-7 business days or 7-9 business days in areas where standard courier service is available).

• 'Available' - The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
• 'Pre-order' or 'Forthcoming' - Such items are expected to be released soon. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days.
• 'Out of Stock' - Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

 

What is Cash on Delivery?

 If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Medisyskart.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

• The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is Rs 5000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Rs 150 COD charges are applicable if your order total is less than Rs 1000.

 

How do I place Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

• All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Cash on Delivery". Enter the name and contact details of the person who would be receiving the COD order. We will give you a call to confirm the order. Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

• The maximum order value for COD is Rs 5000.
• Rs 150 COD charges for orders under Rs 1000.

 

Does Medisyskart deliver internationally?

• As of now, Medisyskart doesn't deliver items internationally.
• You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the India with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
• *Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/netbanking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
