DIET PLAN FOR WEIGHT GAIN AND MASS GAIN

Morning 7 A.M

1 glass of normal luke warm water with honey and lemon.

Morning 8 A.M

Breakfast Your breakfast includes Daliya made with milk, 1 scoop peanut butter, 6 to 7 pieces of raisins, 4 to 5 pieces of almond, 1 spoon honey and 1 scoop of gainer.

Morning 9 A.M

1 recommended scoop of creatine with cold water

Morning 11 A.M

Take your snacks like eggs, cottage cheese, 2  bananas, 6 to 7 pieces of almond , veggie salad  you should take at least 1 or 2 items from diet plan.

Afternoon 1 to 2 P.M

3 to 4 chappatis , rice, dal, salad, vegetable, chicken, fish, broccoli and add creatine after 40 minutes of your lunch add any of your favourite food.

Afternoon 2 to 5 P.M

You should take 4 to 5 glasses of water for your body hyderation.

Evening 5.30 P.M

1 recommended scoop of creatine with cold water

Evening 6.00 P.M

Workout 45 to 50 minutes at least after workout within 5 minutes you should take your supplement 1 scoop of Medisys Max mass gainer with 400 ml of milk.

Evening 7.30 P.M

Take Boil chicken breast 2/3 pieces, boiled broccoli 2/3 pieces & boiled potatoes.

Evening 9.00 to 9.30 P.M

Take your dinner and your dinner includes Dal, chappati & salad according to your body digestion.

 

Important role

water plays a major role in your body you should take atleast 3 to 4 litres of water.
